Brand Ambassadors / Content Creators

Wondering if anyone has successfully created a team of local creators/micro-influencers (1,000+ followers) to promote their business regularly, almost like brand ambassadors. Facebook Purge

So, I was checking my Sprout report for our profile like I always do on Monday and noticed that our Facebook followers dropped 1.4k since December 4. Are they having another purge that I missed? Or is this a blip? I have metrics meeting on Wednesday and would rather not be breathing in a paper bag the entire time.

Two Factor Authentication

Hello! I work for an agency and we have run into quite a few instances lately with Meta + Google needing two-factor authentication. The problem arises when we are required to add a phone number to an account to create or login. I’m curious - how do other agencies handle this? Do you have a team phone that you connect accounts to? A WhatsApp number? Thank you!

What are the Top Influencer - Affiliate Conferences?

I work for an e-commerce, legacy brand and we are really wanting to increase the work we do with influencers and affiliates. What are some conferences or online webinars you’d recommend that are NOT as creator focused. Also, we already use Impact and Share-A-Sale, so hopefully one that isn’t just trying to push their affiliate marketing products.

So many time I find myself finally getting into a project, only to get a call or Teams message that pulls me away from my work. Hitting the Do Not Disturb button is an absolute life saver when your working on a project with a deadline and need some space to breathe.

Giveaway Day 1: Share Your Top Productivity Tip - To Do Lists!

This sounds super simple, but something that helps me stay on top of everything is super detailed to do lists. I do this using One Note, but there’s tons of apps (bonus if you can access on your computer and phone, like slack).  This helps me by writing down something I need to remember or something I need to do later, and would otherwise forget. This also helps me start my day as I can quickly remember exactly where I left off and what I need to do next!

Hi SMMs! As we get to #2024 wrapped season, I know a lot of us are year end reports and strategies for 2025. My question is, what are you using to create these? So far I have 3 different google docs that are sort of organized chaos of reports and strategies. Posting to Multiple Facebook Groups

I have multiple Facebook groups that I have to post to at least for a few more months until we have a more centralized private method. Anyone have any thoughts on doing this more efficiently? I was so very hopeful that this function would be available on Sprout but it seems Facebook has quashed it for everyone! It is my biggest pain point right now.

Keep it simple

I do social media for our school I keep things simple by just using a simple Excel spread sheet to lay out my ideas for each day of the upcoming months. I like to try to keep 1-2 months ahead with that simple plan and get posts scheduled out as far in advance so when extra requests come up I can have time to deal with them on the fly.

I personally cannot function if all of my work things are not in order!! To keep everything in order, I make sure that everything is documented and lives in our internal intranet. It doesn’t do anyone good if it just lives on my computer! I make sure things are clearly organized and uploaded so everyone has access.  I also rely so heavily on PM tools to keep me organized. I’ve used ClickUp, Wrike and Asana at previous orgs and at my new org we use Loop. Loop isn’t the best of the PM tools out there, but it still helps get what i need done to help me remember all of the little things that are so easy to forget!

Meta Ads - Ads Being Served Out-of-Targeting

Is anyone else seeing Meta ads being served in states that are outside of the geo targets you’ve set? We have seen traffic and lead gen campaigns being served up to people in locations that do not relate to the content of the ads, sometimes in states that are very far from the spots we wish to target. Meta has yet to come back with a solution, so we have been forced to suspend our campaigns. Wondering if other are experiencing this as well? Thanks!
