I posted content in multiple languages on Facebook so that it shows up in the language people have their account set for, however I can only see the English post in my Sprout reports. I also can’t see all the versions once it has published. Does anyone know how I can see the versions in each language?

I run the pages for Bell Bank on social and one thing I’ve noticed against other financial institutions is that we aren’t verified on Meta or Pinterest.As far as Pinterest goes, I’m pretty unfamiliar with the platform on the business end, so if anybody has insight on how I can verify my business and get our preferred username?I know a few years back Meta had changed up their policies for verification which required payment, but do you think for banks there’s a workaround? let alone, do you think it’s important or matters that a company is verified?

Hi, one of my Facebook ad accounts was disabled a while back with no warning. I am not able to request a review. I spoke with Meta “support,” they opened a case for me, but it was determined that nothing could be done to restore the ad account. They said I violated terms, which never happened. My account was hacked last year, but the hackers were removed and I was able to advertise on other ad accounts. Business Manager will not let me add or create another ad account? I spoke to someone who can help with Facebook account restoration, but he wants $3,000 to get the account restored. Should I create a new business manager account? Please advise, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Dan

Does anyone have tips for being locked out of an Instagram account due to not receiving the access code to login?We do not have access to the Authenticator app linked to the account and have tried the following steps to regain access, but have failed:• Password reset link worked, but we’re still blocked by 2FA• Unable to turn off 2FA or add a secondary phone number for authentication• Backup codes download as a blank file• We also tried registering a trusted device — nothing has worked• We have not had native access for over a year and had been posting via Sprout, but are now locked out of that platform as well and have been prompted to log in natively to reconnect the account• We had reached out to Meta support previously ( and were advised someone would get back to us, but did not receive a resolution• The account is connected to our main English account (this is the French account), but we are still unable to access i

I've been hearing mixed perspectives within the industry when it comes to hashtags. While the common advice is to include them in content, I've noticed a disconnect in practice. Whenever I ask someone, “When was the last time you actually clicked on a hashtag to explore similar content?” the response is usually a blank stare or something along the lines of, “Honestly, I can't remember.”So, from a user perspective rather than a content creator's—when was the last time you actively clicked on a hashtag to discover related content?

Hi! I need some advice on how to deactivate a long-standing page. I’m a one-man band at the University I work for and our Admission Instagram page has fallen into my lap. For the past year, I’ve been managing it along with our main page and have seen a ton of overlap in the audience. Overlap in the audience kind of defeats the point of having two separate pages. In order to be more intentional with our content, we’ve decided to delete the admission page.  My question for everyone: what is the best way to delete the page? I don’t want to lose anybody who is only following that page, I want them to come follow the main page. Should we make an announcement stating the future removal of the page? How long should that post stay up?I haven’t had to do this before so I’m looking for some advice. Thank you!

For a long time, our audience was more interested in traditional videos and almost shunned reels entirely, but I tried one recently and have since noticed a change. As we approach Pride Month and our posts on June 1, I’ve been asked, as the Moderator of our social channels, if I’m prepared to have comments left on. Last year we posted with comments turned off. However, in 2023, I moderated for several hours hiding comments and blocking trolls before we shut comments off. In short, it was very ugly. I’m curious how you and/or your organization makes this decision? There’s plenty of good reading and podcasts out there about this topic (ex. good summary about this topic on Metricool).From your own perspective, what’s the calculus in creating a brand-targeted virtual influencer balanced against the desire for authenticity that may seem more, well, authentic in a human influencer?Personally, I don’t have a fixed stance either way, as I feel some brands may benefit from their own custom-made digital persona while, in many other cases, the unique personalities and idiosyncrasies of an authentic human influencer is what’s needed.
