Has anyone else heard of “WeAre8” or actually using it? It’s a social platform that’s been around for a couple of years and bills its self as “The People’s Platform” with minimal data tracking, strong moderation and paying people for the ads they consume.

Some posts perform well in the morning, while others do better in the evening.Are there any updated best practices for 2024 regarding optimal posting times? Does it vary by platform or audience type? Is anyone else’s Facebook videos not publishing? I’ve tried in Sprout, the Meta Business Suite and Facebook natively and the video I’m trying to publish is not showing as live. I tried scheduled in advance and publishing immediately, and I get a message saying it’s shared. Then the video doesn’t show on the page or the drafts/scheduled, it disappears entirely.Anyone else having this problem right now?

Hi there! I created a campaign for march based around the instagram poll feature - but every time I go to post using the poll all set up, it gives me an error. “something went wrong. please try again later.” I have tried everything - powering on/off, making sure app is updated, etc… anyone else experiencing this? 

Hi all,I’m not sure if this was a widespread Meta initiative or not. A few months ago, we were alerted that all inactive users were to be removed from Meta Business Manager account. We emailed all the inactive users, but of course, we know what happened.Last week, users were removed. Quite a few people want access again, but when signing up, they get this error message: “Something went wrong. We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. You may be able to try again.” I experienced this once before, and it seemed to resolve itself after about a week. Do you have any other ideas? Was there anything you did to resolve this issue?I have reached out to our rep, but Meta’s layoffs are happening this week, so I am not hopeful about hearing from them.Thank you!

Hi Everyone!  Is anyone managing Nextdoor for clients?  We have a client who’s locations get discussed a lot on the platform - so much so that we may need to start engaging there.  Would love to get feedback on any experiences when it comes to management, monitoring, etc.

Has anyone ever received this error when setting up an ad? I run ads frequently and have never seen this before. Any help is greatly appreciated! one 

What advice do people have about claiming social accounts as a means to prevent scams? I’ve recently been asked to claim Instagram, Facebook, and Threads account names that are variations of our name in order to prevent outsiders claiming the accounts. I have concerns that it will actually confuse people and not, in fact,  stop them from tagging that account.  We do already deal with countless scam Facebook accounts in our name. I’ve submitted all of these repeatedly as scams to Meta with nothing being done.

I've having trouble with an FB ads account on Meta, it needs to get reinstated since it has been block.  Does anyone have specific advice or a contact to help me with this? Thanks 

Has anyone had the task of contacting Bluesky to gain control over a branded account handle? I’ve tried a couple of different avenues (reporting the account, requesting help via support ticket) and, as of Friday, I’ve engaged our internal legal team for support. Open to any and all thoughts. Thank you in advance! 

Are you planning ahead for any changes to strategy if TikTok is restricted in the United States in the near term? What do you think social media professionals should do to prepare for that kind of outcome?

Our agency is working on helping some clients create their own Meta Business Portfolios so we can transfer assets to them and the clients can own their Pages. We understand Facebook’s policy against using secondary “work” profiles to manage these, but it’s hard to believe there isn’t a more efficient way to ensure someone’s personal profile is clearly separated from their work one, whether that’s due to personal boundaries or even just avoiding accidental postings from the wrong profile on a Page.I’ve seen a few recommendations to use Facebook’s “multiple profiles” feature, but I’m not understanding how that specific profile gets added to a Business Portfolio. Because you have to add someone with their email address, which is associated with their main profile. How do we only allow their alternate profile to be the admin? Does anyone have insights on how that works (or doesn’t)?Thanks in advance!
