Hey everyone! With the recent upcoming changes for Facebook and reporting on page-level metrics that I think many people use, are there any suggestions of what if anything will replace these metrics?

Hi guys,Ok, I need some help pulling some data. Basically, our team is trying to decide if it’s worth it to eat the processing fee (2.9% for us) that Meta will begin requiring in order to operate a facebook/instagram shop on April 24th. I have been tasked with researching the value of keeping our Facebook/Instagram shops, and I’m trying to pull some data on how many times our “tagged products” from posts were actually clicked on. This is proving difficult because Meta has recently disabled the product tagging feature to anyone who hasn’t “upgraded” their shops. Does anyone know how to get this metric?  Additionally, curious to know if anyone else is in the same situation. If so, what type of business do you work for/own and how did you make your decision to keep or to close your Facebook/IG shop? 

Hello! Furthermore the reports on clicks and additional analysis of UTMs that we currently do, I would like to detect how our social media interactions with potential customers influence our pipeline. For example, if we receive a comment on LinkedIn in a post, and that person is a partner or potential customerCan Sprout tell they are a partner? Is that a KPI I can report on using the tool?Connecting Hubspot wasn’t useful because it’s more geared toward the Service module(tickets), that’s not our type of org. Any best practices or knowledge you can share is useful! Hi social friends! I have a Restaurant client who is dead-set on understanding his return on investing in organic social/ social at all. I’ve talked about EMV equations or leveraging influencers to look at their EMV or using affiliate codes that can be redeemed in-store. Any other ideas to get him to invest? I’ve tried all the ways in of educating and the necessity for this more top of funnel tactic which leads to consideration > loyalty > advocacy, but if it doesn’t equate to sales he just doesn’t get it. Any help is appreciated!M

Looking for insight from those who have worked on social reports on events they host with different artists/performers  Traditional reporting/benchmarking is not as effective due to content related to certain popular artists/performers naturally getting more engagement than others. Looking for advice on how to guide content strategy best when post differentiators may just be due to artist. What would be the best way to analyze what types of content (different color backgrounds, visual elements, audio elements, etc.) would truly perform best prior to a performance? 

Often we see brand marketers hustle with manually collating content breakdown reports for their social media or influencer marketing campaigns. Is there any tool out there that people use to understand their content better? Basically, understanding what content works for them and what doesn’t?

Hi! I’m still learning the ropes of Sprout. I work for an agency that works with a number of clients. Some of our clients grant us access to their social accounts, while others like to keep their control.I’ve had time to explore on Sprout a little bit, but I would love to have a list of benefits to having access to a client’s Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc. versus having minimal access to their accounts.For example, a client asked us to find the demographics of their followers, but we didn’t yet have access to their accounts. I let them know that we could get them limited information, but would be able to get them a lot more if we had access.Is there a full list of information available that we would be able to obtain after connecting a client’s accounts to Sprout? Thank you!

I manage our social media program as well as our blog, and I’m wondering what types of dashboards you have experience with that pulls in data not only from social but from other channels too (Google analytics, salesforce, etc.). I’m trying to connect the dots between our channels, which we don’t currently do. @Brooke B. Sellas @kelli.cochran - saw you both chatting about social listening reports a few weeks ago and thought this might have been something you’ve run into! 

What reports do you recommend pulling at the end of the year to gain insight and see trends that occurred throughout the year on your socials?

We had a goal to grow our TikTok account this year and saw great success. Because we were outputting so much content we reused it across IG, FB, and YouTube. Some things hit better on different platforms of course.This year we want to do the same, but get smarter and one of the ways we’re hoping to do that is by determining the macro customer profile per platform and catering the content to them.Does anyone out there do this? We of course will start with in platform analytics, but I’m interested if there was other data folks have used to help inform them!

For engagement rate, do you include video views as an engagement metric for total engagements? If not, why?

One of the questions I get constantly is how our average engagement rate per impression (organic, across platforms) compares to other colleges or departments in Universities of comparable size.We have undergraduate, graduate, and PhD programs within our college and are located primarily in Boston, MA, with network campuses around the country and in Canada. Hoping to get any insight into this from anyone willing to share. It’s doing eh, thinking we should pull it down and repost later today in hopes it does better.Does anyone have experience trying this? Did it help? Hey all! I’m wondering if anyone has any Pinterest benchmarks (for specific industries or more broadly, for the platform) that you could share. Specifically I’m looking for CTR, engagement rate, pin click rate and save rate benchmarks.

I have just started a new position with an agency. It is my first agency gig and I am the sole SMM at the company. There is limited info on our clients social media metrics to date (>1yr), I would like to set some KPIs for client accounts as we move into 2024. Aside from reviewing what little historical info we do have, are there any other recommendations or platforms  that I should look at to help set these numbers/ targets? 

Good Morning,  My boss’s personal Facebook profile was apparently hacked, and deactivated because of fraud. And now his profile names says Meta Copyright Infringement. The email on the account was changed so he has no way to get in and change the account back to him. Has anyone had this happen to them before? Or have any advice on how to fix this for him. I have a target to grow two Twitter accounts.One for the Founder and the other for the brand.We’re currently at 721 for the Founder and I’d like to get it to at least 1000 by end of year (or even in 30 days). The brand account is currently at 39 and I’d like to grow that to at least 100  What strategies would you recommend I use to grow both accounts simultaneously?
