Drastic Decline in Engagement

Hello all! I am a small boutique marketing firm who loves to create content and graphics for social media. I started with a Client on April 1 and since having taken over - the reach and engagements drastically dropped off. This is also the time I implemented Sprout. Question: Global Social Strategy

Hi there! I’m thrilled to be a member of this community! I’m looking for some advice regarding global social content strategy. Our company has recently acquired a company in the U.K., making us global. When looking at content calendars, how do you decide which holidays or celebrations to feature on social media? Our leadership wants to move forward with creating content for U.S.-only holidays (think 4th of July or Memorial Day). These are either celebrated on different days or not celebrated at all in the U.K. We believe we either need to be focused on both regions or none at all - as it might ignore a large portion of our employee base. How do we find a happy medium? Move forward with global or international-focused holidays?

Facebook Account ownership issue - Inherited accounts

Hi All,I’m looking to see if anyone has ever had the issue where one of the business pages they’ve inherited is owned by an account you don’t have access to? I’m an admin on the page, but it’s giving me issues with syncing our instagram, because it says I need an admin from the account that owns the page to approve.We’ve sent a request but it’s quite possible all the accounts associated with the account that owns the page are dormant or no longer active. Curious if anyone’s had an issue like this, or any suggestions on how to resolve?

TikTok changes

We had major success with my business on Tiktok-hitting 200k views a WEEK. However, now-within the past 4 weeks- it has gone completely flat. We are lucky if we get 1,000 views per video. And we have changed NOTHING! Still using viral hashtags, posting at the right times, following the trends, etc. Has anyone else gone through this? Did the algorithm drastically change? ANY advice or information will help. Thanks!

Did you know that TikTok has a hub for business users? I was browsing through it just now and found so much insight in the Learning tab under Blog and How-to videos. There is even a Small Business Center.There are so many great 5 minute tutorials that I ultimately spent a little too much time on TikTok over the past hour of my workday.
